Branding: Your Community’s College

In 2022, I attended a community event during which a woman said, “Temple College is our own institution of higher learning.” That stuck with me, and within a few weeks, we launched a massive re-branding and visibility campaign called “Your Community’s College.”

After gaining enthusiastic approval from the Temple College President, I presented the idea to the Temple College Board of Trustees.

As a result, “Your Community’s College” became a driving force for change across the Temple College campuses.

We built a robust team to ramp up our community engagement and recruitment activities. We rebranded everything with the “Your Community College” promise. It also became the title of the College’s strategic plan.
