My first professional job after college graduation was as a copy editor and page designer for the Ottumwa Courier in Ottumwa, Iowa. It was there that I was able to employ my QuarkXPress design skills. Today’s challenge: No more QuarkXPress! Everything is now Adobe Suite and it’s beautiful.
While I’m blessed to work and collaborate with incredible graphic designers, I sometimes have to pull together something for a project. Below are a few graphic elements I’ve had to design, mostly for personal and freelance projects.
